The first few seasons of SG-1 the off world teams used the Casio G-Shock DW8300-1VT. These are nearly impossible to find today, as they aren't commerically available any longer. They pop up on eBay from time to time, but they are outrageously expensive when they do. I recently saw just a replacement parts kit and that was nearly $100.I think that if you study the photo you should be able to find a much cheaper watch for costuming purposes that will suit your needs adequately for pictures.
Later seasons of the show, the teams used the Suunto Vector. If you want your watch to cost almost twice as much as your uniform, I'd say go for it, but realistically, any similar watch will work for costuming purposes.
